Can I request samples?
Yes. Sample policy (paid vs complimentary and freight) is confirmed case by case. Use the contact form with “sample” in your message or open Request a Sample.
What is the usual lead time?
Lead times depend on SKU mix, season, and order size. We confirm a production window when quoting. Share your target ship date early.
Do you offer OEM / private label?

Which products need cold chain?
Frozen RTE roasted sweet potato, sticks, and mash ship at −18°C. Ambient RTE roasted is shelf-stable for room-temperature logistics. Ice-baked specs are confirmed per order.
What certifications does the plant hold?
Production partner certifications include ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Grade A, China export plant filing, and food production license. Copies on inquiry. We do not claim Halal for the Qingdao plant on this site.
